西門子超聲波流量計是通過檢測流體流動對超聲束(或超聲脈沖)的作用以測量流量的儀表。
原理
根據(jù)對信號檢測的原理超聲流量計可分為傳播速度差法(直接時差法、時差法、相位差法和頻差法)、波束偏移法、多普勒法、互相關(guān)法、空間濾法及噪聲法等。
西門子超聲流量計和超聲波流量計樣,因儀表流通通道未設(shè)置任何阻礙件,均屬*流量計,是適于流量測量困難問題的類流量計,特別在大口徑流量測量方面有較突出的優(yōu)點,它是發(fā)展迅速的類流量計之。
西門子超聲波流量計采用時差式測量原理:個探頭發(fā)射信號穿過管壁、介質(zhì)、另側(cè)管壁后,被另個探頭接收到,同時,二個探頭同樣發(fā)射信號被*個探頭接收到,由于受到介質(zhì)流速的影響,二者存在時間差Δt,根據(jù)推算可以得出流速V和時間差Δt之間的換算關(guān)系V=(C2/2L)×Δt,進而可以得到流量值Q。
